The Society of Ticket Agents and Retaillers, whose logo you should always watch out for on theatre ticket websites, suggests that agents should charge no more than 25% on tickets. We think that is too much!
So not only do we now offer more ticket deals when you not only don’t pay any fees but we charge you even less than the theatre would (saving you up to 40% ), if we do have to charge you a fee, we promise it will never be any more than 17.5% – that is less than the government takes in VAT and when did they ever get you a decent ticket in the Stalls for The Phantom of the Opera?
